Todd loves to tell a story.

He began his career as a photojournalist, traveling on assignment to Africa, Asia, Europe and South America. In the early 1990's Todd settled in New York and became an assistant on Rolling Stone cover shoots. Soon after, he scored his own magazine assignments, photographing celebrities such as Jay-Z, Britney Spears, Diane Von Furstenberg, Kirsten Dunst, Wyclef Jean & Beyoncé.

Todd connects easily with people and is able to capture his subjects with comfort and ease. His approach to his subjects is thoughtful and unobtrusive. Todd's attention to detail, narrative & emotion are as important to his photos' aesthetic quality as composition and lighting.

With his passion for strong narrative images already intact, Todd's shift from photojournalist to event photographer was a natural progression. As a celebrity portrait photographer he delivers strong, stunning images of his subjects. As an event photographer he blends these qualities to create his own unique style of beautiful, affecting images.
